Janet Davenport, PCC
I am a professional certified coach (PCC) specializing in helping clients find direction in their spiritual and work lives so they can enjoy more fulfilling and productive lives. Overcoming life altering losses and challenges while building a successful career in communications has given me the tools to help others navigate change more effectively and faster.
My executive experience in marketing and public relations spans the nonprofit, philanthropy, small business and education communities. This background combined with 20 years as an award-winning journalist and writer enable me to offer customized communication strategies that support personal and business goals. I offer individual services, group workshops and training sessions.
I am certified by the Coach Training Alliance (CTA), accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and studied spirituality and transformational leadership at Hartford Seminary. I also attended Boston University and the University of Wisconsin, where I studied social work.
Janet's focus is always on helping me work through my challenges in a manner that is most comfortable for me. She never tells me what to do, or demands I follow a certain path. Instead, she helps me design possibilities individualized to my personal needs. The depth of her knowledge on spirituality, communications, literature, history and mind/body healing all meld together beautifully, making her an excellent mentor and coach.
